    This company did an amazing job from the sales staff, office staff, the installers and the finishing crew and support. Kudos especially to ***** for her fantastic customer service and follow through. I can't say enough great things about *********************************, I highly recommend them!!!

    Had windows, doors inserts and shower door installed. They did a excellent job, except for the shower door, had a minor glitch, they happily sent Alex who fixed it correctly.

    Beware when dealing with this company. The **************** has degraded drastically. They are keeping $1592.32 of my deposit stating that I had a signed contract and then cancelled it. I never signed their contract, and the owner's wife cancelled my lanai windows the afternoon prior to installation. I used this company with satisfactory results in the past with no problems and have referred many customers to them. Things have changed with their bad customer service and keeping their customer's deposits without cause. Please check out customer's complaints about the customer service on the Next Door website. I am taking legal action against this company.

    These folks are FANTASTIC!! Ordered a custom shower enclosure and it was installed badly. I called and asked the owner to look at the installation, and he sent his 2 best installers, pulled out the whole thing and reinstalled properly, including a new marble sill that was damaged by the original installer. These folks are dedicated to getting it RIGHT!!! Was so impressed as most of the folks i have hired since living in *************** do terrible work and never correct it.
