      I purchased a Sawyer product water filter and used it one time. The filter broke because of poor craftsmanship or materials. I contacted Sawyer products via email about the issue and I received a response from *******. *******'s email was condescending and she talked down to me and advised their products do not come with a warranty. However, she did say they would replace the faulty filter "this time." This has been several weeks ago and I have tried to contact her with no response. I am out the purchase price for this filter and I was belittled by their customer service during the process. I have the emails to show conversations with *******. I would like my purchase price refu ded or a replacement filter sent.

      I am rejecting this response because: The product was faulty and the breakage was due to poor craftsmanship. The company representative sent an email.adcising they would replace the item and followed up with sarcasm and belittled me in the email. I hope the company heads are made aware of the customer service but given their inadequate response it seems it goes all the way to.the top.

      We are sorry the customer broke his filter.  He claims poor craftmanship caused his breakage; with over a million filters in use and being the most popular filter on the market, we differ with his opinion.  All filters are 100% tested before leaving the factory so we can say with certain that the filter was with spec.

      I am rejecting this response because:I am sorry their product was faulty and their customer service was condescending and belittling. This is a true reflection of a company that won't stand behind their product and berates you when you tell them there was something wrong. If they are not willing to replace or refund the filter, like ******* from Sawyer said they would,  I will not accept the resolution. This is a blatant response from ******* because I commented out her condescending and belittling email.

      Hello: This company:SAWYER HEADQUARTERS Sawyer Products, ***** P.O. Box 188 ?*************, ** ***** Ive requested the ingredients list for the non-deet portion of their Maxi Deet Mosquito repellent. They will not share that with me so I can confirm that if I buy it and spray on my body, it will not affect my contact dermatitis which goes into my eyes and skin. They suggested I send them my list of allergens, well its not that straight forward and its complex. Why would I trust someone else to decide on what I put on my body?Further, there are basically zero mosquito repellents for my situation and this one, if I knew the other ****% - I could potentially have something to use. Normally, I would just walk away from this and look at something else but there isnt anything else on the market. Thank you.

      We do not add anything to our MaxiDeet product. It is as pure Deet as the manufacturer can make it 98+%.  There are some inert manufacturing impurities which is why is can not be claimed as 100%.
