      We use Urban Horticultural Services in ************* for our lawn care. ************************* is the owner and is not only the most knowledgeable horticultural professional in this area but is also on top of his customer needs and offers quick responses to calls for help. Our lawn has *******************!

      I just cancelled my service after being a customer for about 9 years. I was appalled by the horrible customer service I received when I called with a billing question. She was immediately defensive and gave me a rude response. When I referred to a similar billing issue in the past and mentioned I was considering cancelling my service, she told me not to send the check but instead to “wipe my *** with it.” Upon further review of my banking history, I discovered that the check she said they never received had actually been cashed. Poor customer service and questionable accounting practices.

      I've been with this service for many years. Unfortunately ****************** has terrible customer service and is a proven lier. Claims she called ahead to schedule,this completely not true as my call log would reflect that she called or left a message. The last time the technician came out to spray the lawn they didn't spray the whole yard. This is recorded on video because I have security cameras. When this was brought to her attention made false claims,instead of try to fix the problem.
