    Its a good material. However, the manager located in ************ Fl came sale us his product for our pergola, product is guarantee for life The product team installed the panels. Unfortunately rain few days I noticed leak and wet all my patio brand new furniture I took a video of the leak. Devs it immediately to the manager installer ***. Took a week back with me. Then said supposed to send someone three times and cancel it. I keep texting and calling him but never back with me with no status. I had issue 2 1/2 months trying to fix the panel they installed because when rains came thru. I have to keep cover my patio furniture so doesnt get rusted One of the installers keep saying that are going to fix it and never show up and doesnt answer the phone. Left messages never returned our calls.. The owner avoid my message too. Very disappointed and spent over $3k just for the roof. Now dont take responsibility to come over and fix the problem. I reported this problem immediately to the company and owners. Frustrated ??

    Titn compaycompany project manager came out and inspected the roof. Explaining the situation with the roof. Provided few details and solutions. *** amazing person. Very professional. Thank you so much. Ill definitely will hire them.
