    Working with the Hesters was a great experience. ****, *** and ***** were prompt and very helpful. **** contacted me and keep me informed when more decking was required. My family will be using them again. Very competitive pricing and very easy to work with.

    We were quoted one price. Promised the quoted price would be very accurate. Then charged way more than original quote. Job was also pretty sloppy. May want to take them to court and only pay original quote price.

    ******,Compared to the other roofing quotes you received, ours was the most accurate. The home required substantial roof deck replacement in order to establish a sound nailing surface for shingles. You and your family complimented our work numerous times until the invoice was sent. We quoted you for 30 sheets of decking based on an in person inspection. Upon removing the shingles and inspecting the roof deck we needed more than 70 sheets to correct the wood damage. We let you know each time more wood was needed, and neither you or your daughter stopped our production even though you had a copy of our contract stating our wood prices. We gave you a $900 discount on the wood on our own accord before you refused to pay the invoiced amount. We ended up settling at "your budget" and taking a loss on the job to avoid court costs on both ends. We are sorry you didn't budget the roofing project accordingly with the complete home renovation.
