    They replaced an ice maker on my ******* refrigerator. It broke almost There cant get a replacement and ******* doesnt have the part in stock. I am looking for some sort of refund. I have spoken numerous times with ***** regarding n ****************** with no success.

    **** was contacted yesterday and she agreed to remove this review due to the fact we repaired her fridge the repair lasted 6 months before ICE MAKER failure, we reassessed for free. **** to warrantey part 

    But manufacturer is currently not producing part, we cannot install a part that we don't have or the manufacturer is not currently producing.

    We also do not buy parts that are not directly sourced via manufacturer.

    She agreed to remove this review.

    On February 3, 2025' I paid CD Appliance (with check ****** $435.78 for service call for stove and washer -- $129 for each appliance. No repair was done on stove and water pump was ordered for washer. One week later, ***** (technician) brought "new" part which was defective. He took it back and could not get another because of shortage. Balance of $435.78 I paid was for deposit for new part which was never received and order cancelled. That deposit of (they say it's $179.33) has never been returned after many promises and several calls from me. Washing machine was replaced by me, but refund for undelivered part has never come and it is almost May. Crime against the elderly? I think this business is simply dishonest. Thanks for any help!!!
