    I purchased an induction cooktop from K&H labeled as refurbished with a 6 month warranty. After 6 weeks it failed. I then ordered an advertised new, unused, unopened unit from them. When it arrived, I installed it and sent the refurbished back for warranty. They repaired it and returned it to me. 3 months down the road the second(new) unit failed and I asked for a repair, They requested the serial number picture sent, which I did, and they told me because it was a refurbished unit, it was out of warranty. I explained and proved to them that the unit was advertised as new with a 1 year warranty. No response! I've emailed their website no response! I installed the repaired refurbished unit and now it has failed! When asked about repair, they responded on the new unit they had no parts to fix it and they didn't even know what was wrong with it. You cannot talk to anyone as they don't have a contact number. I feel they committed fraud selling me an advertised new cooktop that according to their records is refurbished. Since the second purchase of the , quote, new unused, unopened, the price of the same cooktop went from $180 to $1,140. Looks to me they were peddling old junk with problems until they were all gone so they could sell the new hopefully better ones. Everything advertised as ****** ********** as if that somehow makes it better. Too bad, because when they worked, they worked well. Will never deal with K&H again and advise no one else to
