    They have been charging my card over and over for $***** for some services they have never even provided I'm not even sure how they got the card information but I do know this I'm trying my best to get it resolved and now that I looked on my account they also charged me two times the last month prior in December of 2023 and also charge me four times and January of **** for ***** that's alot of money I lost and I hope they will be kind enough to refund it

    This company keeps charging my bank account. Even though I canceled my membership before the subscription was up and has sold my bank account information to another site that is charging my $37.04 a week so far. I’ve called and complained to have it shut down but it keeps happening. Please help me get them to stop stealing unauthorized money from my bank account

    Hello! Thank you for letting us know about this issue. According to our records, you previously called us with a request to cancel your repeat billing. My colleague offered for you to be transferred from granniestomeet.com to wantmatures.com instead of cancellation at that particular moment. According to the information we have here, you have accepted the offer. Your expiration date was provided to you and, unfortunately, no cancellation took place before the new billing date. Please, be informed that all the charges for this website were declined. We have canceled this subscription so you won't be billed again.

    I had a trail subscription with this company. I canceled it 2 days before I had to pay the full price. They took the money out away. I chatted with them and my card company. The money was put back and they said it was canceled. On the first of this month they took it out again. I would like to get my money back.

    While you were buying a membership at *************, there was an offer to get a free trial at ****************
    It was a special offer '2 for 1' on the same payment page. Also, there was an option to refuse this offer by unmarking it. 
    As we can see, this offer was accepted by you and you received confirmation emails from both sites to your email address. 
    According to our Terms of Use, you could cancel any of these sites anytime before the expiration date online or by giving us a call. Unfortunately, you didn't do that and the charge for the next month has been applied. 
    We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
    We have canceled your subscription. No further payments will be deducted from your account.

    Please be informed that this charge has not been accepted yet, it was pending for approval.
    As you requested, we have rejected (voided) this transaction, so the hold will be canceled as well and no money will be taken from your account.
