The vendor sells an email service ****** Mail . I cancelled the service over a year ago.. They sent me a renewal notice, so I went online to verify that I canceled. But ****** mail gave me an error. I could not log into my subscription. So I went online and put a block on the credit card. I also emailed their provided help email.. They never responded. On 3/14/2024, ****** mail charged my credit card and the charge went through. Today I reinstalled the ****** mail app on my iPad to see if I could log in that way. I successfully logged in ( finally) . It now says my subscription has expired. But it charged my card for a new subscription that I did not want

This company had an app for email that I had a yearly subscription for. It was to renew this January 2024, and the app had stopped working well, so I no longer wanted it. It was expensive at ***** a year. Prior to the renewal date for the subscription, I was receiving notifications on my card that it was attempting to be charged repeatedly by this company. I tried both via the app and on a browser on the website to manage subscription, but the link they provide for that does not exist. I emailed the address on the website multiplie times stating to not charge me, I did not want to continue, I cant modify anything about my account because nothing worked. I requested to her contacted numerous times, never heard anything. I then deleted my account entirely thinking thats may remove me from the system, and when I tried to log back in to make sure it was gone, it would not let me, so I thought the deletion was complete. Since then, this scam business has charged me $50 on 2 credit cards, one that I never even used for the app before, so I am assuming I have been hacked somehow. And since I deleted my account, the email I used with it does not work because I deleted it, so I have been charged 2 times for a service I cant even access anymore. I havre proof of all correspondence and videos of me attempting to cancel subscriptions on the links that dont exist. I want my money back immediately, full refund to both cards. This is full on theft, and online research has shown me that they are doing this to thousands of people. Please help!
