      Contemporary Flooring had a very difficult project to install a rug runner and more on our large staircase with 2 landings and in our hallway as well! Our large home looks THE BEST IT HAS EVER LOOKED BY FAR AFTER Contemporary Flooring laid all our carpet PERFECTLY! The owner even came to make sure Jacob and Gabrielle were laying all our carpet perfectly and beautifully!!! He soon saw what a PERFECT JOB THEY WERE DOING! Contemporary Flooring is by far “THE BEST” we’ve ever had to install all that carpet in our large home and some in very difficult nooks and crannies!! We’re so grateful to Contemporary Flooring and all their team to lay all our carpet in our home BEAUTIFULLY and PERFECTLY!Thank You, Contemporary Flooring, for making our home “POP” BEAUTIFULLY after laying all that carpet!!! You are much better than 10 STARS!! YOU ARE BY FAR THE BEST CARPET LAYERS WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!       They did a good job when it was done but try to get someone afterwards to call back or get a resolution on problem later on

      Your job was done properly and you were very satisfied after
      we finished it. It was done more than 2 ½ years ago.


      You recently contacted me back for a problem in one area of your
      house. I went there to assess the problem and detected that couple planks were
      broken because a failure on your subfloor. As you decided to install the new
      flooring on the existing one, this problem couldn’t be detected during the
      installation.


      I called you to give an estimate to repair the broken
      pieces. When you heard that was a cost for the repair you were very
      disrespectful and started yelling on me saying that you never will pay for that.
      Our conversation ended and no more phone calls from you was answered.
      Couple days after that, the manufacturer called me asking
      for your purchase information because you were about to open a claim on the
      product. All detail were given to them.

      My warranty for labor is one year after the installation, so
      it was expired long time ago.

      You are complaining about broken pieces. This is NOT an installation problem.

      I don’t see a reason for a bad review on a job that was well
      executed.
