    Very professional and takes time to make sure the job is done correctly. They did my grandparents home and they are so pleased with the work they had done, they have not had work done for such fair pricing in a long time. If you are looking for quality work and pricing look no further. Southern Image Gutters is where it is at, call them now!!

    Stay away if you want a company that is professional & takes your time seriously! After asking on the My Oviedo Facebook Page for recommendations, we decided to go with this company. We scheduled the appointment for a Wednesday… after taking a half day off from work, no one showed up. I called the office & Kimberly informed me that I must have misunderstood & that they were coming Friday. Friday came around & they didn’t show up in the window promised. I called again & Kimberly said that they were running late & will come later. Fine, 3 hours later, a high school kid (literally) came over, looked at everything & said that I should have a quote shortly. After a week, I called to followup & Kimberly said that I should have a quote later that day. 3 days pass & I call to make sure that they had my email correct… they did. The quote finally arrived 5 days after Kimberly originally said it would. We decided to move forward & the only available time they had was 3 weeks out. After all of that we decided to move forward & give them the benefit of the doubt. The day of our appointment, no one showed up. I called & left voice messages 3 days in a row. No answer. 2 weeks after the scheduled appointment I receive a call from Kimberly basically saying “you called?” I informed her of the missed appointment & said we would like to cancel. Which her response was “okay.” No apology. Needless to say, stay away unless you want to have your time wasted & have to follow up every step of the way!
