    I went to creative hair with a photo and asked for my hair to be colored as close to the picture as possible. Me hair is brown. She said she could not do it exactly the same. She kept telling me the photo was a balage. I do not know what that was and said I just wanted my hair lightened to a dark blonde like the one in the photo. Her response was. “Don’t worry MaMa, I’ll take care of you”. My hair color is still dark, with highlights that don’t reach the roots, are uneven and the front is darker than the back. I called back later in the afternoon and requested to come back in and have my hair fixed. Owners refused. She said even if she fixed it , I still would not be happy.

    I have been in business for myself for 30 year Connecticut 11 in years Florida 19 years. To my knowledge this is my. first BBB complaint. As you can see in the post  on social media  I uploaded she is showing very light blond hair pictures which is not what they settled for during color consultation. Then again her story changes with BBB complaint she said she asked for Dark blond overall, that's what she got as the darker picture was her. After making a scene in the salon about the price even though she was told what she was getting and starting price for each. service. She said to me (the owner) oh please if you charge me $200.00, I will leave and you will never see me or hear from again I promise! I told the receptionist to charge her $225.00. She threw the credit card receipt at the receptionist Few hours later she calls and said she changed her mind she wanted me to do it over after harassing me for 30 mins on the phone I said i would not get involved with her any longer she threatened to ruin me and the salon. I have a very successful salon Thank God! Good reviews and all. Joann C/O Creative Hair

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am unable to resend  the photos, but  I gave her a  Picture was what I wanted, I was very disappointed with the results, it is nothing like the photo.  I noticed after getting home from the salon just how bad the dye job was. The color was uneven and not to the roots.  I did not throw my credit card at the reception, I did not cause a scene as she stated.  The stylist asked if I liked it and I said no, it was not what I wanted.  She then followed me up the desk and try to explain why she did what she did.  I then had 3 other girls trying to justify the color.  I did say I would leave and never go back.  I just wanted out of there.  She initially charged me $360.  I have called several salons, and no one could justify that charge.  I did call the owner when I got home and begged her to let me come back in and just have someone fix their mistake. She was rude and unwilling to do so.  I had to pay another hairdresser to then fix their mistake.  I did try to leave a review on her website, the review was blocked. I then put my own review on FB, I did not want any neighbors getting mislead like me.
