    An agreement has been completed (attached). The amount specified in the created complaint has been corrected and updated in the agreement. We apologize for the delay in responding. Our business was not aware about the submitted complaint since there was an active comunication between the client (Mr. **************************** and our business directly throughout text messages mostlikely. Our business address in the BBB database was incorrect, therefore, no letters were received. We became aware due to a phone call originated from the BBB office following up on the request of a claim response, on which we then updated our mailing address. Since we were already addresing the situation directly with ****************, no expectations of a filed case existed in the BBB. The lack of reponse was caused by the circumstances already explained. Is our understanding that the BBB rating can be affected due to the time without response. We will appreciate for this claim to be updated and we hope our rating with the BBB business profile will be revised as well.
