    The company received a downpayment of $8750.00 and we have not heard from the company since supposedly placing an order for our supplies. This company seems to have disconnected all communication and there is no way to find out about getting either a refund or our supplies. Please help or advise what action can be taken to resolve to get our money back. We have a signed contract which only list this company name Pavers for Less.

    Hired them in May 2022 and paid half the amount of the job, $1600. There was a lead time due to supply issues. Company has disappeared and kept my money with no work.

    I got scammed for $2500 on a down payment. Was told 4-6 weeks out. It's been 4 months. And now the company has been removed from the internet. Called and all phone numbers is disconnected. Email doesn't work. Some people on Facebook says the same.

    On June 29th 2022, I paid 40% for my paver project of the amount $5991 to Pavers for Less LLC to Alex *****. Then 3 weeks later I contacted Alex and Pavers for Less to get an update on my project. However, they all cut off all the contact information, they changed phone number. I even email them several times for 5 days but didn't get any response. They just disappeared.

    I've made a check deposit $3393.90 (50% of the total project cost) to Pavers for Less LLC to purchase materials as they stated. They said they will come to install the pavers within the 3 weeks but it had been 4 weeks without any response. I've tried to call or text but no response. I tried to email but email address not even valid and it was valid address before. Their website and Facebook is no longer exit. I strongly believe this is a scam/fraud. The check I wrote to them was 6/23/2022 (Chase) and check number **** I'm hoping you can help me get the money back. Thank you so much for your help!

    On April 18, 2022, I signed a contractual agreement with Alex P***** and*********************************** to complete construction on an outdoor patio in my backyard. The proposal and deposit of $2,225.00 was sent via email and *****, respectively. The deposit amount covers pavers plus some labor. They ordered the paver bricks (Appian Stone - color: Knightsbridge) with a delivery date of on or before 7/2/2022, and assured me that the crew would begin work within 7 days of paver delivery. The paver bricks were delivered on 6/29/2022 and I have been trying to contact the company with no luck. The website is now down, **** suddenly says they are closed, and all phone numbers have been disconnected except the main (407-955-1662) which either sends straight to a full voicemail or rings out until a full voicemail message. I reached out via Instagram and got a response that there were delays, but then they stopped responding after that initial message and realizing I wasn't a new customer. I tried that Instagram account again today (7/18/2022) and they responded they would give me an itemized bill for my bricks, their website is undergoing rebranding, and they would get me scheduled in a couple hours. A couple hours later and the Instagram account was cleared as though disabled.

    I would like them reported, held accountable. At bare minimum, I would like an itemized bill showing how much my paver bricks were, so that if it was less than what I paid, I want the difference refunded. If the difference shows they cost more than what I have already paid, I will not reimburse a positive difference as the proposed work was unfulfilled on their end.

    SCOPE OF WORK
    - Removing existing grass, concrete or dirt necessary for the project achievement.
    - Leveling all the areas with 1.5" - 4" of crushed concrete.
    - Install pavers.
    - Concrete on the borders of pavers.
    - Sanding and washing after installation are complete.
