1 starLuv a Lawn is the absolute WORSE lawn company! Our ************** recently (6 months ago) had St Augustine grass laid. A $5,500 job between both homes. The new green grass looked like a golf course. After the professional recommended time, together we hired the same lawncare company to cuts both yards every Friday. Our neighbors then secured ****** Services Apopka to maintain the healthiness of their lawn. We chose Luv a Lawn in Apopka because their company motto read: we do business from the heart. Luv a lawn serviced our lawn twice since the new grass was laid. And its was between those services we started to notice aggressive weeds taking over our new grass. We explained to them the $95 per service wasnt a problem BUT we needed to get what we were paying for - healthy grass! No one from Luv a Lawn ever called us back. After several days of rain, our neighbors grass still looks like a golf course. Our grass is invested with weeds! We took pictures & a videos to share with Luv a lawn. We spoke to the office manager (*****) who promised the problem would be fixed. She sent a tech out the next day.Our security guard called to confirm Luv a Lawn arrived to service our lawn as our yard cameras captured everything. The Luv a Lawn tech pulled up, put his trucks blinkers on, looked at our lawn, never got out the truck, lit up a cigarette, SMOKED the ENTIRE cigarette & drove off! We called the office 4x and NO manger would pick up the phone! To add insult to injury the manager finally TEXTED us & said Luv a lawn will start to investigate and will follow up with you later. So not only did we miss work waiting around for them, they didnt even have to professional accountability to get on the phone like adults do in business.I am so disappointed and disgusted. We now have to pay for NEW GRASS!Thank you Luv a Lawn!Review fromNatalia K

1 starDishonest company! I have my service with them since April last year. I was guaranteed gorgeous lawn with no weed. Half a year later i Received dying grass with lots of weed and bare spots. Complained, was guaranteed AGAIN all weed will be gone n everything will be fixed. 3 months after, no change. Talked to the manager and was told "nobody could have guaranteed anything" plus that is everybody's fault other them - shade, landscaper, perhaps bad soil... Decided to cancel the service in February. Guess what? Today i received a report my service was performed and it was not performed properly, nobody even entered my back yard. My family were doing yard work all day, nobody came, camera did not record anyone here, no report were left either. No wonder my grass is in a horrible condition.Contacted support, they said no he was there and attached the records from his tracker where you can see black on white, he never entered the fence snd never went to the back. Front only, even they paid to treat the entire property and all issues are on the back with the grass. Probably that is how they were treating my grass for entire year need to mention here - in online report the service was marked as completed, no notes about not treating the back etc. so if i would not catch it, they would get paid for entire property by treating the front only.Yesterday the manager ***** called me trying to give a not valid excuse saying the guy called him saying he is afraid to go to the back haha cause of bare spots. Need to mention here, i replaced the grass a month before his visit and it was bare spots , he just never entered and manager tried to cover up for himToday the guy came after me complaining over n over and threw some granular on the back. He did not spray from weed , did not leave reports, did not tell me to water since granular were used.Im done with them. They are dishonest, the WORST on the market. RUN, DONT WALK!!Review fromalix s

1 starI've been with ********** for over a year and they failed to provide the service and decided to charge me nonetheless. I explained this to them and although the office agreed to remove the charge for obvious reasons, it continues to harass me for the fraudulent charge. ********** reason is although they had no access to my house, they should charge me.Review fromJuan Q

1 starI signed a contract with the company about 7 months ago. I asked to add a note about the prior notice before each visit to my property, because I have 2 daughters who like to play in the backyard, and I wanted to be home for each service, an option that I seemed very interested. After several observations due to the incorrect treatment of a brown patch, the supervisor of my area made a second visit without prior notice, after ringing the bell and receiving no response, he decided to enter my property through the door that gives access to the backyard WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION, I ask: What happens if my daughters are alone in the backyard, what happens if I have a family visit and they are sunbathing topless? or in the worst-case scenario, a homeowner finds him on the property and shoots him? I believe that no owner wants to live that experience or have that worry. After calling customer service to make the claim, the next day I received a call from a supposed MANAGER named Michael, who tried to apply customer retention techniques by foolishly asking if I could imagine how many customers they served and how many services they could lose if were they waiting for authorization? The question is: WHY DOES THE COMPANY PROMOTE A PRIOR NOTICE POLICY TO ITS CUSTOMERS IF THEIR MANAGERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND IT? This is where the problem lies because the other employees will ignore that rule down the line. After all, they are probably instructed to do the service under any possibility. It is not my problem how many clients they have, my PROBLEM IS THAT THEY COMPLY WITH THE ESTABLISHED POLICIES, BUT THEY WILL COMPLY WITH THEM SO THAT THEY BELIEVE THEM OR ONLY SELL LIES. After not accepting his mistake, justifying his supervisor, and indirectly calling me a liar, the manager agreed to terminate my contract without penalty fee. I NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY FROM YOU, WHAT KIND OF MANAGER DOES THIS COMPANY HAVE?Review fromXavier P

take your business to some other place, Luv-A-Lawn is only after your money, service will be timely but don't expect much of a result. After several visits my lawn still had weed and ants, the main two reasons why I called them in the first place. Also, be aware of their "contract" I got in because one of their representative told me I could stop their service at any time which I wanted to do as I was renting the property where the service was going to take place, turned out this representative stop working for them and when I called a VERY RUDE lady over the phone told me they had to charge the termination fee regardless of what that representative told me, she then said you can tell the manager your "little story" he will call you back in up to 48 hours, he never did, I also sent an email and of course it was never replied back. I repeat myself, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE, this company is stealing people's moneyLuv-A-Lawn and Pest Control
