    Muscle Monster app False advertising - their app is not what they advertised. They offer a monthly plan but then force the full annual amount. They claim to have a no refund policy. I requested refund within 30 minutes of purchase and approximately 6-8x since (purchased around 5 pm on 3/6/25) and they refuse to reimburse. It's a scam.

    I wanted a refund for $37.99. They charged me that for a year. I only wanted a month to try it out. I sent several emails asking them. They kept offering extra months of service instead of just refunding me. I have all the emails if needed.

    I have been asking for the membership to be cancelled and give me a refund since 24 hours after purchasing because the product is not what I expected. I have sent 5 emails now and they always come back with the same canned response. I simply want my money back and no more charges. Which I will now have to watch for a year from now. I have received no resolution from them.

    This past Saturday, March 11, 2023, I attempted to put a stop to my automated order from Muscle Monsters of their product Pitch Black. I emailed the link provided in my order confirmation, which is something like ************************. I received a notification that the email address is not valid. Today, I went on their website and phoned the number listed: ************* I received a busy signal and after 4-5 busy's it disconnects you. I then proceeded to email them via their "Contact us" weblink only to have my email delivered back to me as undeliverable. They are fulfilling their product from a warehouse located at: **** ********** ****** ***** **** ****** ** **********. My last *** tracking number is: **** **** **** **** **** **. Please let me know what other information I may provide you with.
