    I paid ******** to legendary marketer for a training that I never received and when I asked for my refund they told me that I only had 3 days but their website stated it was 30 days money back guarantee.

    We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your purchase and experience with our company. Thank you for allowing us the time to look into this situation as we want to make sure that every customer receives the best quality service as well as given the correct information. 

    We see that you purchased the Blueprints Starter Package for $2,500 on February 2nd of this year. At the time you purchased this product, it came with a 3 day refund period which was accompanied by a contract going over the details of this agreement. On March 14th, you reached out to our ****************** asking if the Blueprints were refundable. Our team let you know that there was a 3 day refund period, but would look into seeing how we could further assist you. We see that you attended the Decade In A Day training which was included with your Blueprints purchase. We understand that there was some additional confusion after attending this training, and your advisor worked with you over several hours to help get you started and set up. It does appear that you did receive the training that was paid for, as well as additional assistance to help you along the way. We will continue to provide you with the support and guidance that you may need now, or in the future.

    In regards to the refund policy, our Blueprints do not come with a 30 day money back guarantee, nor does it state that on our website. Our current refund policy can be found by visiting our main site legendarymarketer.com, navigating to the bottom of the page and clicking on Refund Policy, or by visiting the link directly https://legendarymarketer.com/delivery-refund-policy/. At the time of your purchase, the Blueprints came with a 3 day refund period and our refund policy reflected that policy at that time. Our current refund policy reflects changes that were made on September 1st of this year and can be found by visiting the same link.
