      I received an SBA loan from this bank. I have been trying to reach the loan department for over six months. I leave message after message and nothing. I spoke with someone in another department was told that I need to email a couple of different email addresses with my request.I did this over and over to both emails and still NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I find people friendly but, doing online banking, my one issue is not being able to get on my page on their website despite several attempts. They do offer alternatives for whoever forgets user name and/or code, such as entering social security number and account number, but it didn't work for me. I will have to pay them a little visit and try to fix this.

      I do not recommend working with this company. So many red flags and concerns working with them in just 2 months; sharing a few below for context.
      My mortgage was sold to BayFirst and my experience has been terrible from the start. I did not hear from anyone once my mortgage was transferred. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to what sounds like a one person department and their personal voicemail. Only after I proactively reached out with concerns to other employees in different departments at the company did I hear back.
      Once I did connect with the person in the mortgage loan dept, I was advised that they were processing 14 other loans which is why there were delays setting my account up within their secure portal. Is that supposed to be a lot?? Big red flag. I did not get any of my questions answered about how my loan would be transferred, managed, and who I would be able to work with in the future.
      They continue to reach out to me to submit payment and are requesting I provide my payment information verbally over the phone which is absurd. They've had my mortage info for over 2 months and are not able to provide me with a timeline to set me up with an official account to manage my mortgage and submit payment. Meanwhile I continue to get spam mail from them saying I have a home warranty expiring; something I never purchased.
      It is nerve wracking this company is managing my mortage when I have 0 visibility into the details.
