  I scheduled an appointment through floorplan ninja to get a floorplan created of my attic.I was not offered an opportunity to add these details to my appointment.The company representative arrived at the scheduled time, and then stated that they would not create any floorplans of the attic.They then told me that the architect that I would end up using would need the first floor plans anyways.I then told him to go ahead with the work based on the fact that an architecture firm would need them.A week later I managed to get ahold of a firm, who indicated that they would not use the plans I had gotten done, as they needed to take their own measurements of the attic and first floor, which was what I had wanted floorplan ninja to accomplish originally.I brought this matter up to the company via email, as the plans which they said I would be able to use are now completely useless.Their original pricing was a minimum $249 for up to **** sq ft, I only got ****sq ft of floorplan created due to not getting the attic complete.I would've been fine with this, had their information concerning architectural use of the plans been correct, which it was not.They offered 20% off of the total price, which does not seem fair at all from my perspective, given that I had them do the work based on the false information they gave **** countered with a goodwill offer of $120 for the small floorplan they did create I additionally offered them the opportunity to come out and perform additional floorplan creation for the rest of my building for the original price, as they only did one section. I would also remit full payment for their services in this case. They did not offer this as an option while they were onsite which makes it feel even more like they weren't there to be professionals, simply put, it was an unethical money grab attempt. They have not responded.At this point, I feel scammed. I have not left a public review, but may do so in the future, depending on the outcome.

  This client wasn't charged anything because they were not happy with their service. We came out, measured the property per their request and then sent them an invoice for the work. They refused to pay so we cancelled the invoice. We explained that an architect would need a floor plan of the home in order to do what they need. The online booking feature we utilize does have a notes field, the client simply overlooked it.
