I bought my ** in for an oil change, fluid check, tire air pressure, cabin and engine filter change. Of course they take it thru a full inspection, and tell me I need, shocks, brakes, wheel balancing and alignment. I pick it up, the bill is $600, the tire pressure on one tire was none, and the other 3 were below 30, proper pressure is 45, how cold they possible balance them and conduct proper alignment? The cabin filter had a major need for replacement, I was told it had to be done carefully or it would kill the fan motor...ok... Drove home cool night time temp never turned on the *** I tried the next day, and nothing! Air work like a champ even with the dirty filter. When I brought it back to cover the issue the male and female manager had a denile for everything I said. There are only 2 types of brake fluids, I was told they don't top off brake fluid because each car take a different kind and they can't keep them all stocked, so they recommend brake inspection (more money). The ** could not have been broken by the work they did. I need a tire inspection because I must have gotten picked up a nail, or they have a slow leak... Took the ** to my mechanic, pumped the tires up, no leak, and he also found the ** fan motor was left unplugged, and told me if they did an alignment and tire balancing with my low tire pressure the all of that work is no good! I will never return! I am doing a BBB report, and possibly a charge back on 4th St Midas. NEVER GO TO THEM! No stars would have been preferred...

I had an appalling experience at the Midas location. They inaccurately diagnosed a leaking radiator and attempted to overcharge me a staggering $1600 for a radiator, hose, and labor. Seeking second opinions at a Honda dealership and a local car shop revealed no issues, with estimates ranging from $600 to $800. Midas's actions are not only dishonest but also a blatant attempt at taking advantage of customers. Avoid this location at all costs.
