    On December 11th, 2023, an online order for healthcare apparel was placed through the website winkscrubs.com for three scrub tops totaling $68.94 via credit card purchase. winkscrubs.com is a website for a business that is a subsidiary of Superior Group Of Companies, Inc.. Despite this business authorizing a return of all items for the total of $68.94, the business has only credited $45.96. All scrub tops were returned in like new condition with tags on them. I know the amount is rather small but the principle of fairness has compelled me to further escalate this issue as the company care department has refused to do the right thing and issue a full refund. They ignored my most recent communication with them which seems ***** and not in the interest or resolution.

    This is an update regarding the return process for order #***** under *****************************.

    On December 26th at 9:31pm,Customer ******* initiated a return process for three items totaling $68.94.The return package was received by our team on January 19th, and we promptly conducted a thorough inspection. Upon review, we identified that one of the items had a stain, which disqualifies it for a refund based on our return policy on our website ******************************************. We promptly communicated this information to Customer ******* on January *****************, a refund was processed for the remaining two items totaling $45.96 on January 22nd.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    All items were returned WITHOUT stains.  If the item had any staining (no photographic proof of this has ever been provided by the seller), this would have occurred at the warehouse of the seller because again, the items were returned without staining.  Again, I reject this response because it is not based in reality, rather, in the seller's desire to solidify why they gave a partial refund when the refund should have been issued in full.  This is ***** and pretty telling about the seller that they  continue to reject a full refund.
