      I'm grateful that my husband found these reviews and checked up on this supposed business because we just got one of these letters in the mail asking for the same amount and same address and everything!!!! They need to be reported to the F.B.I. this is so not cool for people to be.taken advantage of like this.....

I am starting a business and I received a letter saying to reply by so date and NOWHERE DOES IT STATE ITS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY @ CA CERTIFICATE SERVICE *** ****** ****** *** *** *** ********* ** *****! Shame on you! The life you make scamming other will be the life you will reap so be careful cause we pay everything before we go. So again THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR POSTING AND WARNING Me,God bless you guys!

      Total scam After setting up my LLC I got their letter. It appears to be an official government invoice. Thank goodness I decided to check it out and saw all the reviews here.Do not fall for these scammers

      Scam. Only the Secretary of State can issue business certificates of status. Preying on small businesses is appalling. And yes, this IS the same company. They're based on Florida but do "business" with a PO Box in San Francisco. Do not give these people your information let alone any money.
