    BBB received the following Scam Tracker entry:

    8/23/2019 - Consumer was installing an HP printer, when there was a popup message that came up for support. consumer had accepted the online support pop up, and they told consumer that there were many things wrong with the computer. XXXXXX was who consumer's husband had spoken with on the phone. They got inside his computer and fixed the problems, and charged the credit card for $199.99. The Geek Squad stated that there was malware in the computer.
