    ******, Who works in business Retention, really understood our needs. We no longer needed a POS system and were moving into catering only with payment by check. She worked with us to understand and get our account fixed and confirming that the equipment was returned. I cannot say enough about Jenn and TECH SUPPORT training us, and ******* helping us to close the account. It has been a true pleasure working with Velocity, and I have recommended many of our fellow food trucks to look into opportunities with them. They are a true partner for your business!

    We've lost thousands from this company and are contractually obligated to lose thousands more for two more years. After dealing with their customer service, our problem and our fees have only continued to grow. I'd advise staying away from this company. They're sweet when you enter the door, but their client retention rate is abysmal. Their sales team are professional swindlers. Just look at their reviews from actual clients. Most of them dropped within 6 months. Thank you, Velocity Business Problems, for reaping what little money this small business owner makes.

    Just getting started with Velocity, but everything has been smooth sailing thus far! Our reps took time to find out exactly what we need from a processor, and helped us find the right solutions for our business. Equipment was delivered in a timely manner, and setup was easy and seamless. Processed our first few transactions over the weekend and had zero issues with getting our deposits right away. Can't wait to see how much the switch helps impact our P&L!
