    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I would like to state that if the permits where approved we had every intention of following through with the work. Our preference not having to make the improvements unless approved by the city, does not warrant the contractor abandoning the project and ignoring our emails and phone messages asking for updates. The Contractor was fully aware that we were legally bound to make these improvements if permits from the city were received. We wasted 2 1/2 years because of them ghosting us and have to start from scratch with a new contractor.

Our mailing address for the refund is ****************, ******************************************************** 33701

    Sincerely,

We will gladly refund your payment, however we have spent more than 127 hours working on this project. We did follow through filing the permits, but also realize your intention is not to have these modifications done. The amount of work has exceeded $750. At this point we agree that it is not in the best interest of our company to continue spending any more time on the permitting of projects that are not viable. Please let me know where to mail the check and I will send it right away!
