    I have been charged ***** per month for the entire year of 2021. I didnt notice this charge because I do not check my banking account too frequently. Most other payments are taken via auto draft. I called the company- they would not escalate the call to upper management. When I asked what the subscription was for, the operator was vague and told me she would cancel my account. I told her I never opened this account and have never even heard of this alleged company for fictional books. What can be done here? How do I get my years worth of money back? What a wild scam!!!

    This company has been billing me ***** per month since 2/1/2021 when I called they said they would credit me for only 1 month and cancel my subscription I never signed up for it I want all of my money back. I've never received any product or service from this company*!!!

    I realized that I have been charged $39.99 for a service I never signed up for or even remember signing up for. I have no idea who these people are are I have no idea how they where able to charge my account. From what I can tell from my bank statements (or as far back as they go), I have been charged this $39.99 for the past year (totally in approx. $500 worth of charges). This company is a scammer and I'd like to see them removed and/or unable to do this to anyone else.
