    I purchased a 2 gallon kit of super clear table top epoxy to pour a table. A good friend had recommended the product as I usually use another product for my table tops. I followed the exact instructions and had a cloudy foamy product. I have done epoxy work for many years never had this issue. I had to sand the entire table top again to remove the product and contacted customer support and told me to heat up the product and try it so I did with the same results. I then went to my friends and helped him pour a table top and he had me mix the epoxy with his batch and it worked perfectly so I know my process is good. The customer support to get the product replaced is terrible.

    After receiving the compliant by phone from this customer, we were told by the customer that he did in fact over mix the epoxy with a drill mixer. We suggested he slow it down and mix by hand, as recommended on our website and instructions that come with every kit. Customer was not receptive to the suggestion. We explained that epoxy will hold air if it is rigorously whipped during the mixing process. A way to avoid that and get a clear result is by hand mixing and slowing down while mixing. This minimizes bubbles and helps to ensure a clear pour. We understand that it can be frustrating when something doesn't happen the way one might want, and here at FGCI/Superclear, we are always willing to help with customer and technical support. If you have a project, and you're new to our epoxy, feel free to give us a call before you start your project, and we would be more than happy to walk you through your process to ensure that you get the intended result! 

    Resolution: We will go ahead and refund this customer, as we are always committed to our loyal customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I did not say I used a mixer as you can see on the conversation with Amazon I stated I used a stir stick and followed the instructions exactly.   I will also be seeking compensation for my time as well
