I submitted my CE's for CCP recertification on 4/2/24. I received an error message when I clicked on submit. My credit card was charged the $125 fee for submitting, but I've never received any other information and have not received by certificate. I have sent multiple e-mails (5+) with only a return templated e-mail response stating my questin would be routed to appropriate personnel and they would get back with me. I don't understand why no one will respond. I've had this certification for several years and this is the first time I have encountered any problems. It seems it has just turned into a money making scam. Glad to take my money and then not respond to anything else. Please either send my certificate or refund my money!!!

Worst **************** I have ever experienced. Enrolled in their program 4/18/23, and received a confirmation email. Email provided directions to log in and reset password. This did not work. Utilized their support email to request assistance with only a return templated email response, stating we will route your questions to appropriate personnel and get back with you. Again, no response. I called and left messages on their phone, and no response. Their phone tree said if there was something else you needed assistance with, please press inquiries. Is that like the letter i/#4 on the phone. I pressed each numeral to see if any would lead to more direction, and found nothing. I had our company verify that its a working website and made sure my computer settings/cookies were correct. I have been trying to connect with them for 4 months. As a last desperate measure I left a review on their ******** page stating how bad their customer service is & that I would not recommend their program. I paid $1300+ for this program, and at this point, I just want a refund. ***************************** BSN RN Manager of ******************* Services
