      The company I work with uses Dayforce Wallet who recently switched over to Ceridian for payroll/banking. Until this switch, I had no problems with the company. Now, Dayforce/Ceridian has put a hold in the amount of $126 on my account for gasoline in addition to the $56.72 actual charge for the gas. They wont release the hold and just keep telling me theyre working on it. The first representative I spoke with said 24 hours. The next said to give them 48 hours, and the lady I spoke to this morning is now telling me that it will take 2 weeks to one month to fix the problem. This is money that I depend on and this is not acceptable. After looking online at reviews it seems this is happening to lots of their customers. Theyre stealing our money and not making it right.
