      Watch out!Scam mailer trying to make it appear you are being billed by your county clerk to get a copy of your deed to your home. Very deceptive.

      This is just another company and address for the property deed transfer scam that's marked a scam elsewhere on BBB and they keep changing their company name. They sent me an official looking letter falsely claiming my property deed was transferred, which it was not, to try to scare me into sending them $89 for a service that costs 50 cents from my actual county clerk. They have a false seal trying to impersonate the Clerk's office and a fake return address for a post office in Nashville while saying mail the money to Florida even though I'm not in Nashville or Florida. It's meant to impersonate a government document and you have to read the strange hard to read font at the bottom to know it's not associated with the government or notice the small text on the envelope near the stamp.

We Provide customers with a current copy of their Deed on file as well as additional valuable information.  Our consumer feedback is that we provide this service in a professional, timely manner.  With so much fraud in the world, it is important to keep these documents in a safe place.       This scammer sent an official-looking letter concerning the transfer of the property deed. The letter uses three fonts that are a bit difficult to read. The cost for a copy of the deed from this solicitor in Florida is $89 which I can get locally for less than that. my wife's and my names are presented in a way that seems like the sender is a bit confused. At the top of the letter is a return address of the State of Tennessee Clerk's Property Office but I didn't check to see if that is correct. Searching online has results of similar copies of the letter we received along with the return envelope.
