I sent an email to ******************************* with a response on September 5th, 2024, confirming they would make a custom seat cover for my motorcycle. The response was from ****** ******************* ********************** is the owner/manager of Cool Retro Bikes, *********************************************, ************, ****************************). On September 6, 2024, ****** acknowledged my payment via ****** of the requested amount of $275. He then stated it would take a couple of weeks to make and ship out. On October 18, 2024, ****** responded to an email I had sent regarding shipping status. He responded replying for my dad - he had to have heart surgery after his stroke due to stress from hurricane damage to his house. It will be next week before I can get to your cover and ship it. Let me know if this is okay with you asap. Thanks for your patience in this matter. That sounded like a reasonable request, and I stated that I would check back. On December 4, 2024, I checked in via email and asked for an update on my paid order. He replied that same day, Thanks for contacting me with a reminder. I will be shipping out your cover as soon as possible, no later than Monday. I have a lot of items to catch up on, so I appreciate your patience tracking to follow. On December 24, 2024 I sent another email asking for the tracking number. No response. On December 29, 2024 I asked for a refund no response. On January 4 and 6, 2025 I requested the order status no response. ****** is unable to charge back for the item not received as it is past their 180 day policy for dispute. Other vintage motorcycle restorers are complaining about not receiving their orders at ******************************************************************************************************************** I phoned the company business line ************ on January 5 and 6 no answer or callbacks from the company.

I shipped a 1973 ***** CB350g seat to Cool Retro Bikes in July of 2020 for a full restoration. While these projects often take time, *** contacted T.D. Bash on numerous occasions over the past several years inquiring about the completion of the project and eventually requesting that he simply return the seat unrestored. He has failed to respond to all of my emails and telephone message and failed to return the seat. I would like the seat returned.
