    ************ ***** contacted us on June 6th 2025 looking for a Construction Cleaning, we set date and time to make an in-person estimate, ******* visited location ******************************************************************************** and told him pricing, which he agreed, its important to mention we sent an invoice under his name and information. Cleaning service was done on Tuesday, June 10th 2025, a total of 12 hours were spent doing service. At first ******* were cleaning without the owner in the house because he was working. When he came home one of the employees told him they were not able to clean front door completely because it is made of aluminum and that he needed to hire a professional, and he agreed. Customer supervised employees and he approved cleaning before they left. On Wednesday June 11th ****************************************** the invoice we sent him, now provided us with information about a contracting company, which is Ground Hog Construction, a phone number ************, and an email *********************************************** because he mentioned they are the ones who. Then on Thursday, June 12th 2025 customer calls and claims employees scratched his front door, which did not happen, and said he will not pay unless someone fix his door. Price that is supposed to be paid is $780.

    I'm very sorry that you and the owner haven't come to an agreement about your services. Really not sure of my role in this when you were contacted, contracted, and hired by the owner. In your own words, the owner stated that he wasn't paying until his door gets fixed.
