      I had a subscription with Tampa Bay Times last year for the Sunday paper for 56 weeks. When it was time to renew, the price had doubled! I could get it cheaper at the grocery store, so I cancelled my account and did not renew. I have been getting 2-3 calls a day from these people! I have told them before, I'm NOT renewing! To please quit calling me! They are EXTREMELY annoying!!!! I have blocked all the different numbers they're calling me from, but it just doesn't stop!!! One more call and I'm filling a harassment complaint!!!!

      Was a customer for many years. Let subscription lapse couple months back. They kept sending emails with offers to subscribe again. One came today that was a great deal-but would renew when the offer period ended and have to put on auto pay. The problem? No where on the buy it page did it say the offer term. SO, chatted with them at length only to be told that the *** rep had no idea when the offer would expire and also said an outside company handled the offer, the prices when it expires etc. Talk about Bait and Switch- sell me something that you can't tell me how long the price will last, what the price would be afterwards. Seems incompetent for the *** to try and sell things this way.30 minutes wasted and still not a subscriber....

      Home delivery has stopped, poor customer service. Weve always paid a year in advance. We can only ask for credits. At what point does this practice become illegal?
