Responded to offer on ******** for Revskin and Reveye creams for $12 CD. Was charged the $12 followed by two additional charges for $123.87 from RevSkin and $134.33 from YoungEye 14 days later. NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED AT THE ***** One month later, charges for $131.66 from RevSkin and $142.12 from YoungEye with bottles of cream mailed to me. Called company to have these charges explained and was told that "within the free trial agreement, there was a consent to receive monthly orders if not cancelled within 14 days". There was no such term within ****************** refunded one set of charges but not the other. Still working with company and will initiate FRAUD charge with MASTER CARD if full refund is not given. I was requesting a free sample with a shipping charge of less than $6.00. They charged me $126. ?? and now they're saying I subscribed for a recurring subscription. Every time the site offered additional products, I did not accept. I never received the free sample product .I thought I was only paying shipping charges, not a subscription. I ordered tge Rev **** trial ********** cream which did not mention anywhere that I would be charged $137.93 & $127.19 a few weeks later. These people need to be stopped, they're thieves and most of us, like me, can't afford to loose nearly $300. I subscribed on line for a free trial of this product and was billed ***** on my ***** Two weeks later I was billed an additional $135.53. I also then got two fraudulent charges on my **** from other makeup companies. Obviously, my card was compromised during the first transaction. When I called to complain about the charge of $135.53, their customer services said that somewhere in their advertising they explained about their additional charge after the 'free trial' of 14 days. I have gone back to their website and cannot find any such notice prior to ordering the 'free trial' sample. I signed up for a free trial of REV **** moisturizer. And the following month Ive been sent two more jars of the moisturizer and my credit card has been charged without my permission. I ordered 2 samples at 7,99$ each and received them very fast.A few days after, I was charged 127,16$ on my credit card. I contact the customer service and the answer was The amount that was billed to your account is the End of Trial payment. This would have been in our terms and conditions, which state that the trial period is for fourteen (14) days. Thereafter, your account would have become fully billable for the products if you had not called in during the 14-day period to cancel. As I noticed with most every complaint, unauthorized money withdrawn from my account. When I ordered the trial skin care product, I was told to pay only the shipping. After I entered my personal information, and credit card number, rather than take the order they put me through to another product. I did not want it so I cancelled my order. A couple days later I received the skin care package. Charged me $16.65. Today I checked my Credit Card Account, and they have charged me another $133.00. I never authorized that payment. Should have known this would happen. When I tried to reach the company by phone, they don't answer. How do I go about getting a credit to my account.Companies like this need a good law suit. And to think that Dr. ** would be involved in a business that is taking unauthorized money from peoples account. They don't even wait ************************************************ not you like the product, like other companies. Another issue is that I see no improvement on my face. SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY.
