HomeLand Six manufacturers and sells radio straps. I placed my order with them on 11/13/23 and paid extra for expedited shipping. My order DID include a custom embroidery on the strap, which the business advised may extend the shipping time by **** business days.Today is 12/4/23 and my order remains unfulfilled. I've opened two support tickets requesting an update on the status of my order. I've also composed an email addressed to the support email listed on their site under contacts.Thus far, HomeLand Six has given me no information about what is happening, let alone the courtesy to even respond to my inquiries.And furthermore, reading the fine print, my order is non-refundable due to the custom embroidery. This appears to be a business with absolutely no intent of honoring their advertised goods/services I am writing and filing this form here on BBB as my last known form of recourse to alert you to the actions/inactions of this business.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I'm pleased to confirm that I've received notification that the order has shipped with tracking. I hear and understand the response given by H6; I'm very relieved and, also, grateful for the reply since it affirmed that the order was still in the process of being worked on and that this incident WASN'T related to a processing error in their system, a forgotten order, a business refusal in honoring a sale, etc.
The information contained in the response via BBB was succinct and answered all of my prior questions about the order status. A high delivery volume during holiday season as I was informed, which is a very fair and acceptable reason from my perspective. I would have been more than happy to accept the wait patiently had my tickets or email been replied to with that exact response.
What isn't acceptable, however, was the total absence of communication through their own personal H6 messaging platform and sales email. I still bring into question the true integrity and willingness to accept accountability for this company despite this positive outcome. Total blackout in communications when a customer reaches out multiple times about whether a shipping delay had taken place looks very poor. That goes for notifying or reporting ANY pertinent purchase information that *** impact the customer. I kindly suggest that H6 consider an automated messaging system that can fulfill this function.
I think that this is a basic level of principle of knowing what is right and wrong without needing to say. Apologies for the **** words in my statements regarding this past issue. I continue to stand by them firmly, but I truly wish that I was not made to feel so compelled to express them this way. I think that this was easily preventable and that the extreme measure to request assistance from the BBB just to force a response from a business is an absurd notion.
Trust goes both ways; and I still think that the period when this business failed to communicate is absolutely unacceptable. It is much more difficult to earn back someone's trust once you've done something to lose it, let alone when it applies to a first impression of your business.

I placed an order directly through the main website on June 2, 2023 for a *********** and Kit as well as custom embroidering. At the time, the website stated that the embroidery would take **** business days to complete. I got the order confirmation on the same day, June 2nd, after paying $182. When I hadnt received a shipping update or any communication stating why the products would be late, I emailed the company per their email listed on their website on June 18th. I stated that they didnt need to do the customized embroidery if it hadnt been done yet. I never received a response. I decided to reach out to the company through their ******** social media page on June 27th. They responded the next day stating they would look in to the order and apologized for the delay. When I hadnt heard anything the rest of the day, I sent another message on June 29th asking for an update and my frustration regarding the extended delay and lack of communication/response. The message was read but never responded to. Today is July 10th and I have yet to receive any sort of communication, update, or shipping email. When I check my order it states that it is still only confirmed.Business Response

I purchased a radio strap, radio holster, and sway prevention clip on June 3rd. Their website states We typically ship next day when supply is in stock. The product has been, and currently is in stock. There has been zero updates on my purchase, I have reached out multiple times via their website contact ** tab, as well as through email with no response. I have also reached out via instagram. I received a response, asking for my order number and asking if it was embroidered. I have heard back from H6, and I have received my product.The representative stated he was on his anniversary vacation and did not have connection but would attempt to help me as much as possible. This business continues to use my phone number as a point of contact when they apply for loans. In doing this Ive been inundated with phone calls and texts. I contacted CEO ********************* October 28,2022 and his response was Those were spam calls but thanks for letting us know. That was not a solution, this has become such a harassment that I may need to change the phone number Ive had for 20 years!Business Response

Nothing can be done block spam calls, put yourself on the don't call registry is the only suggestion. BBB is a site used for customer issues and this is not a customer it is an obsessive Ex.
