      At the end of September I ordered eyeglasses and was told they would not be ready between 7 and 10 business days. I was able to pick them up within that timeframe, only to have to return them the same day as there was several scratches on one of the lenses. I had to wait another 7 to 10 business days. I went back to pick them up, I wore them for a few days and I couldn't see out of the Progressive lenses. I returned to ********* only to be told the measurements for the ****************** were not correct. Back to the lab to be remade. I have waited for them to be returned from their lab. I have waited 2 months for the glasses that I need.

      I purchase my eyeglasses, when I chose the frame I was not told that this frame would expand when they put the lenses on it, the lady told me that after I went to get it fix, at the begging they were to tight, she adjusted and now they are too loose, she cannot adjusted to correct them, seems to me that she adjusted too much, now are worthless. I asked if I can have another frame, she say that my lenses cannot be removed, which is not true. Then she told me that kind of frame expand when the lenses are set in, I told her that she should have told me that before I purchase the frame, It would be my choice to take the risk, I did have that choice, nor she advice me, therefore I would like to have a full refund of $633.95. This is the only pair of glasses I can wear for the condition of my eyes, we are at the beginning of the summer, I need to be able to drive and work. I also want them to return my prescription, so I can go somewhere else to get my lenses made, until them the clock is tickling. This company needs to hire certified technician to do this kind of work. No a "***************" type of customer service without full acknowledgement of the products they sale.
