      I haven't had access to the provider portal for about 2 weeks. I called to get help resetting the password. The rep said she would open a case and have someone from IT contact me within 2 days. A week later, on has contacted me. So I called again. The rep stated that the previous rep gave me the wrong information and that the IT department would contact me in 5-10 business days. Two weeks later and no one contacted me. So I called AGAIN. This rep had a terrible attitude. She continued to talk over me and would not let me speak. I asked to speak to her supervisor to which she placed me on hold for well over 45 minutes and never returned to the line. I finally hung up and called back. I got a rep on the line in less than 2 minutes. This rep stated that they are working from home at this point and no supervisors are available. Meaning that the previous rep just kept me on hold with absolutely no intentions of ever getting a supervisor on the line. Needless to say, I have to wait another 5-10 business days for the IT department to contact me because all the phone reps can do is add to the case that the IT reps are not responding to. Trying to get help from this company is like watching paint dry. I wish there was another company to go with to get our insurance payments. Zelis is the worst!

      I just called to tell them I needed ACH and will not accept VCCs anymore. They told me they charge 2.5% for ACH and that is what I am paying to process the VCC's. Why should we pay to accept a payment from an insurance company? I am going to start writing letters to all my payers and tell them I no longer except Zelis as a payment. I am also going to bring the matter up with MGMA so they can get involved. Two thumbs down!

      Called this morning was transferred three times only to be told the department I wanted to talk to was not in the office yet. When I asked for the phone number they gave me the number I had called first, and they were very much in the office. They answered the phone and told me I had the wrong department. Absolute joke of a company

      Trying to get in contact with Zelis in reference to closing our account. I am also not able to get in touch with a live person. **************** is our office and I need someone to contact us and ask for someone in the billing department. I will continue trying to call and look forward to hearing from someone ASAP.****************

      I think this is ridiculous! Our medical practice is receiving checks from Zelis but we are unable to access the site to pull down our remit unless we enroll in Virtual Credit Card or *** deposits. the *** deposit comes with a 2.5% fee per payment. How can you charge a fee for depositing funds? So now we are going to get paper checks with no remit and cannot get our remit unless we sign up and then are penalized by 2.5% fee in order to close our AR? This doesn't seem legal!! How should we expect to receive our remits?

      I work for a provider. I started a complaint with Zelis on August 1st because I tried to log in to my account ONE TIME and accidentally had the caps lock on. It didn't let me try to do a forgot my password. One wrong entry, and I was booted and had to put a call in to Zelis. I waited the standard 3-5 Business days. I called on day 6 and then again on day 8. I got a response of "Sorry that department is just really busy, but we can escalate the ticket". In this phone call the blame was even pushed back on me because I made the mistake of accidentally having my caps lock on...ONE TIME! Who hasn't done that at least once! But...by escalating the ticket they deleted my previous ticket and restarted the clock all over, and was then told that it isn't 3-5 business day but 5-7, even for an escalation. I waited again. Got the same response. I waited some more...eventually I got to a month and a half with no response from Zelis. No call, no email, nothing! The offered to just re-create me a new account because that only takes 24 hours. 1 week later, no new account emailed has been received. We are now on 2 months of my company not being able to log in...or simply get our password reset. I wish Zelis would take note of how many bad reviews they are receiving and realize the problem is not us but them! Zelis is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my long 30 years of being in the work force. Their service is empty promises. I love when they offer to get the unnamed supervisor involved. So far, 4/4 times...its done nothing. This all started August 1st and I am still will waiting. STILL WAITING! How absolutely unprofessional is this company and its "team". Nothing but false promises, "I understands", and nothing gets done. I have zero respect for these people and this company, and it seems by looking under this comment, that no one else does either! A required 1 star rating is wayyyy too high for this company!

      No one answers the phone. I'm a provider in network with insurances that use Zelis to send vCard payments to me. I cannot get anyone to respond to email or calls.

      Our medical practice was receiving Zelis (Pay Plus) payments by credit card and incurring fees. We were told our only payment options were credit card or ETF. We took the EFT option believing we could avoid fees. We were wrong. Zelis is charging 2.5% for each EFT as a separate line item. My question for Zelis: Is there a payment option that does not have fees associated with it?
