    ************* did my company's pest control and ************** ********* was so personable and friendly and easy going that I asked her to do our house too! She has been working for us now for almost a year and does a great job! Knows how to deal with pets and came back once when I freaked out about a dead ***** - which was actually not a problem but I wanted an extra spray anyway. Office staff very friendly and helpful too.

    I was given a price and paid it to have my yard sprayed. It didn't help with the ants at all. I was told it would be every other month or so. Then I got a call 2 weeks later to see if I was ready for the second application that was needed AND there would be the same charge again for the second spray. I would have never agreed to the first if I would have been told that was only half the cost. A second application was never mentioned.

    When managing an active infestation of ants it does require 2 applications ***** days apart and there is a charge for each of the applications. As a company we do try to communicate that effectively prior to the first application and apologize if there was any misunderstanding on this. If you would like to discuss this or put a plan in place to treat the ants please feel free to reach out to the office ************.

    This is very unethical in my opinion. I even asked if I saw ants again after the first spray, would he come respray. He said, yes, just give me a call and I'll come back and respray. He didn't say anything about another charge. It was dishonest way to get me to agree to the first spray.
