    BUYER BE AWARE: I was LIED to and RIPPED off. I am almost 75 years old and a Disabled Veteran. I needed a new pool motor. After installing a pool motor (first week in July 2024), Chuck M***, President of the Company, told me it came with a 6 month warranty. He said the motor was like new and I will have no problems. I have a witness to this agreement. He promised to send me a receipt with the warranty info. When the receipt did not arrive in a week, I telephoned Chuck. Mr. M*** said he changed his mind and would only give me a 30 day warranty. He said the motor he installed was much older than he originally thought and voided the 6 months he promised. He admitted to his mistake but would not honor our original agreement. Most of the disabled and elderly are easy targets. People in this category normally don't fight back. Mr. M*** needs to know he chose the wrong person to try and hustle. ***** **********

    The used motor for Mr. **********'s pool pump was installed on 07/03/24.  On 7/10, he was sent a text, as a receipt, stating he has a 6 MONTH warranty on the motor, however it did have an incorrect install date.  This error was just discovered today after receiving notice of his complaint.  He has been sent another text correcting the install date to 07/03.  All he had to do was to question the install date in the first text and the error would have been corrected immediately.  Instead he chose to accuse Mr. M*** of scamming him and complain to the ***.  Hopefully this issue is resolved since he does have, and always did have, a 6 month warranty.
