      EHS the company that sold me solar panels that sat in my living room with a folder and worked out all what I was going to save who was going to finance me the people who was in charge everything they said that I was going to save 50% of my electric bill That came up to $110-$150 from the time I’ve had this solar panel I’ve saved $30 every month on my electric bill for the first six months of meowing the solar pallet they did not work. It took them six months to fix it now that I’m calling them and saying you did give me what you promised, and what you wrote down when you came to my house they turned around and said that they could not find my contract. I had to call the finance people to tell them that they said they had no contract with me the Finance people pulled up all the information and said yes they do. I went back to the company turned around and said the finance people said they gave you that money they said they still could not find my contract. All I want is what you promise to give me you got your money which you wrote down how much it was to get me 50% off and you never gave it to me, but you got your money do not deal with these people because they’re their thieves and if they want to take me to court that’s their problem because I got all the information showing you promised to give me something and you did not so I can do it y’all thief.

      **** ****** did a great job explaining the details of our solar system in a non-technical way. Our system does need an extender to become fully operational. We are currently working on that and **** gave me his number to help us walk through it.

      Everyone very receptive and helpful before the signing, after that the system was not active on Tesla side ,the follow up was poor and on top of that in order to close the deal I was offer a rebate , I have been calling since December every 2 weeks and they recognize the rebate has not been send but there is no action , actually the manager got offended at the moment I explained to her the frustration and disappointment with her company for the lack of interest in honor a bidding contract ..sad the need to go to court for that .
