    TOOK A STAINED GLASS ***** IN TO THE BUSINESS AROUND MARCH OR APRIL 2022 FOR REPAIR DUE TO BROKEN GLASS WHEREUPON I WAS TOLD COULD BE FIXED AND THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT IF THE COLORED GLASS WAS NOT IN STOCK IT WOULD HAVE TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED WHICH I AGREED TO.MONTHS LATER I WAS CONTACTED BY ********* OR ********* WHICH WAS LATER JUNE 2022 IN WHICH SHE SAID ***** WAS IN AND ALL SHE NEEDED TO PROCEED WAS 1/2 DOWN DEPOSIT TO START THE ****** ON JUNE 30, 2022 I GAVE HER MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND WAS CHARGED $37.50 WITH THE CONFIDENCE ***** WOULD BE REPAIRED AND I WOULD GET ***** CALL TO PICK UP. SINCE I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE COMPANY, I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING LEAVING MY NAME AND NUMBER WITH SAME MESSAGE WHICH AT ONE TIME SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE WAS SORRY FOR DELAY DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS SHE HAD WHICH WAS FINE, NOT EVER KNOWING IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG AFTER ***** CAME IN (JUNE 2022) IT WAS NOT READY OR IT WAS NEVER INTENDED TO BE COMPLETED, LOST, ETC I CALLED TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH AND MORE MESSAGES TO NO AVAIL AND THE ***** NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME BY THE BETTER BUSINESS ARE NOT IN OPERATION AND THE ONLY I HAD WHICH I HAVE CALLED ON ONLY GIVES ME OPTION TO LEAVE MESSAGE? AT THIS POINT IN TIME, I JUST WANT MY $37.50 I PAID TO THEM JUNE 30, 2022 ESPECIALLY I AM ASSUMING THE ***** GOT TRASHED OR LOST. IF THEY CHOOSE TO GIVE ME BACK MY ***** AND THE MONEY THAT IS FINE TOO--JUST TIRED OF HASSLING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR CLOSE TO A YEAR NOW--PLEASE TAKE ACTION AND CALL ***** AT ************
