      I was the buyer in a real estate transaction. The agent I dealt with from this title company was Lisa G******. In the real estate contract it stated that the seller was paying closing costs related to the title company and that they would select the title company. Lisa attempted to charge me (the buyer) and the seller each 495$ for closing fees to the Green Leaf Company. I told her that I didn't select the title company, the seller had and that according to our agreement- seller was paying the closing fees related to title company. She told me that she would only charge me 1/2 the fee. It wasn't until she and the buyer's agent were notified that this was a breach of the contract that she removed the fee. Also, the documents were not explained to me at all by the title company. When I attempted to call Lisa G****** regarding the issue with the fees- she ignored my calls and never called me back. This behavior is very sketchy. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
