      I came into the establishment as a resident in the area to purchase A hookah and the sales representative which; Is A young white girl with colorful hair gave me the rudest introduction into the establishment & then scolded me about top shelf items which is understandable, but chose to speak to me in a rudimentary tone. As, I went to ask for her assistance as Asked to do so she gave me attitude and distant personality with export feelings of me being a thief. I understand due to my size but, when asking how to use the machine I was rudely answered with what so do you want to buy it. I answered with three different languages and after I realized she might get the picture I was then scolded with attitude. I left

      I went to Johnny's Smoke Shop in downtown St. Pete to purchase delta 8 products, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I attempted to make a purchase, I was charged, but the transaction was marked as incomplete by the staff. Despite showing them that the money had been deducted from my bank account, the person behind the counter claimed they couldn't do anything about it.They called their manager, who also insisted there was nothing they could do at that moment. They advised me to return in 72 hours if the money had indeed been taken out, promising to provide the product then. This ordeal left me frustrated and dissatisfied.What's more, this isn't the first time I've encountered issues with this shop. It appears they use a payment system that essentially forces customers to tip, or else the transaction is declined. They make customers swipe their cards again to ensure a tip, and if you still don't tip, they eventually allow the transaction to proceed. This is an unacceptable practice.I have evidence of these transactions on my **** bank statement, and I am seriously considering legal action against this establishment. My experience with Johnny's Smoke Shop has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will never do business with them again. This place should be held accountable for their unethical practices.
