      I ordered Graphene Ceramic Spray online from Shine Armor on May 12. It says that shipping should take 3-5 business days and that I'd be notified when my item shipped. I never received any notification. Then after about 10 days I sent them an email asking for a status update on my order. I haven't received any response. Today, May 22, 2023, I tried to call the phone number on the bottom of the order confirmation (**************). I get a recorded message saying that the call can't be completed and then hangs up. I'm concerned that this company is a scam. I'd like to either get the product shipped, or have my order cancelled and money refunded. My order # is Order SA-******.

      I ordered products from this company online and their website says shipped within 3-5 days. Its been over 3 weeks and I keep messaging them and all Im told is to be patient because they apparently dont have the product that I ordered. I insisted that they return my money and they said that wasnt possible. So I sent several messages to them demanding my money back, and suddenly I get no response. I believe this is a fraudulent company, or at the very least practices less than honest business practices.

      I purchased Shine Armor Car Scratch Remover, Repair, ******************* Remover on March 15, 2022. After following all directions provided on the product label, not only were the scratches on my vehicle still visible but worse: now there were visible swirls all over the areas where I applied the product! My vehicle is a 2017 Infiniti QX60 and its in pristine condition. I would much rather have allowed the minor scratches to remain than to ever have applied this damaging, false advertising product to my expensive vehicle! Additionally, upon conducting further research on this product, many customers have fallen victim to the same issues Ive experienced! I must now have my vehicle professionally buffed with a conditioner and cleaner to attempt to remove the damage done by Shine Armor. (The swirls are very difficult to see via photograph, but Ill provide this evidence anyway).
