    Business Response

    Date: 05/19/2024

I have multiple text messages and phone messages from this person accusing me of causing his divorce and ruining his life by helping his wife set up some sort of tracking and hacking operation.  I have never talked to his wife or him before. I called him back and explained that I have no idea what he is talking about. He thought I was someone named **** that does websites, apps, and hacking that used to be in the state of ********** and then relocated to ******************

I explained to this person that I have never lived in or even visited the state of **********. I also do not live in ******************** and never have lived there or operated any business there. I have also never talked with his wife or done any work for her, i don't even know her name. I also do not do any hacking or tracking, I simply build websites. I assured him that there is a big possibility that a man named **** could have lived in ********** and moved to ********************, but that is certainly not me. This is a very clear case of mistaken identity. How do I make sure this complaint does not show up on my record?
