      I had been a customer of ********************** for over 15 years. Since their sale to Deluxe, everything about the company and the services they provide have gone downhill. Issues that should take 5 minutes of an admin's time take days to resolve. Their "chat" feature is never manned. Their website touts "24/7/365 *************** ************** (US/******)" on every single page, which is a lie because they're only available during business hours. And as we all know, websites never go down on weekends.Hackers have been breaking in to one of my sites and capturing it to send spam emails and such for months. Every time I complain, I'm told it's my fault, when all of the controls that Machighway provides are in effect. They clean the infected files but don't do anything else to protect the site. This past week, it happened three times. In one week! Their customer service personnel are condescending, never actually read the complaints, rather scanning them and quickly assigning (usually incorrectly) a canned response. That would be bad enough, but when it takes days for them to respond in the first place, and then days again after a follow-up, it just compounds the problem.The last straw was when I decided to transfer my sites to another provider. Two of my three sites went fine, but the one with the security issues is locked from my being able to transfer it. I demanded they resolve the situation, but it was the weekend so, no 24/7/365 "service" here. I was just told this morning that it was my fault, and the site couldn't be transferred because it was infected, and that it would take them 2 to 3 business days to resolve.

      I had my internet domain hosted my MacHighway since June of 2015. At that time, and until the fall of last year, everything was great. Not many interruptions of services, email occasionally went down. During a server migration, on their part, in the winter of 2021, everything started to go south. The migration was supposed to take a weekend...it took a week, without email, without my website accessible. No amount of emails, support tickets got an acceptable response. Since that time my email has been inaccessible at least once a week, if not more often. Contacting support Always said something on my end was causing the outage, and they would unblock my IP address. Nothing on any of my computers had changed to cause their servers to block my IP address. In May I moved my domain to a different host, Bravenet.com. Since then my email has not gone down once. In June of 2021 I paid them $106.20 for three(3) years of web services. I would like a prorated refund of that amount, since I no longer am using any of their services. I received an invoice, from them, today, even though I sent a support ticket, in May, when I left them. I specifically stated I was moving my domain, and wanted ALL my services with them canceled.
