    Would not let my sister board...canceled her flight .no refund .offered voucher minus *****..we arrived at 5am was told at 530am at the counter that the doors were already closed.Wensore says different...My sister is disabled and they stole ****** from her.

    We recently took a trip out of ***. When we arrived at the airport we unexpectantly found that someone had made the decision to close all 3 parking garages, with no notice, at the same time. Irresponsible to say the least. No one notified us ahead of time. We just got blind sided when we got there. I did however see that some people with "reservations" were allowed to park in the garage. The rest of us peasants were directed to park off sight in the remote parking area. They were not exaggerating when they used the terms off site and remote. We parked out in the middle of a gravel grassy area that looked more like a cow pasture than a parking area. The shuttle drivers were standing around talking and no one seemed to no what was going on. When we returned we found our vehicle without the assistance of even a row or section designation. The only information I could give the shuttle driver was "out in the middle of the pasture somewhere". He seemed to know what I was referring to and got us somewhat close. From that point I sounded the panic alarm to find our vehicle. Our vehicle was covered by a thick layer of dirt and dust. I think I probably scratched the windshield as I used a gallon of windshield washer fluid to clean it so I could see where I was going. The best part of this whole experience was that the *** parking authority had the unmitigated gall to charge us $131.00 for 9 days of parking in this dump.I see why OIA is one of the worst rated airports in the country. Mismanagement.
