    Hi my name is ******* ******* a resident in Sanford Fl,
    Two months ago, an elder name ****** ********* explain to me that he hired a contractor (Travis P****** of Semper Fi Construction LLC Phone ************) almost three years ago to build him a house on a piece of land he owned. the contractor charged him $110,000. 00 to build the home before the contract take place Mr. ******'s son in law got killed, he needs the home to build as soon as possible.
    Mr. ****** gave the contractor. Mr. Travis P****** $80,000.00 upfront to build the home with a remaining of $30,000.00.
    After I review all the paperwork Mr. ****** gave Mr. Travis P****** almost $130000.00. so far and the home is still not finish yet and Mr. Travis P****** still demanding more money from Mr. ******. I've tried to reach out to Mr. Travis 3 weeks ago, he still has not respond to me yet.
    Mr. ****** ********* is almost 70 years old a Haitian elder who has little knowledge in the construction business, he works most of his life to save up so he
    can have a decent home to help raise his grandkids, that is just wrong for a contractor to take advantage of him because of lack of knowledge and because he from Haiti and don't know much about the rule and regulations of sort.

    Please please please we need help, the last time Mr. P****** came by Mr. ****** demanding more money, Mr. ****** stressed himself. so much until he ended up at the ER with a stroke, I tried every resource, that myself could of contact it's not working I need your help-to-help Mr. ****** in this situation before he ended in the hospital again.
