    I purchased a ******* a15 on March 12, 2024. I was told it was an "upgrade"; a better version of my a30 device. the employee proceeded to copy files, and do other things between my old phone and new device without my content, and ignored me when I questioned him about what he was doing because I was on a schedule and was help up for at least ***** extra minutes inside the store. After I left the phone store I quickly noticed major software issues, battery defects, and touch-screen defects.I have since contacted mobile, metro pcs, and *******. They all advised that I request a replacement at no charge. However, when I returned to the place of purchase in person, I was met with hostility and a long-winded rant about alleged fees required from metro pcs to replace the defective device. This is after I was told by several people (directly from the services carrier) that I should be covered for (all costs/devices) for a year. This is a brand-new phone that doesn't connect to Bluetooth correctly poor battery charging and draining touch screen errors/delays.I am seeking either a full refund or a fee-free replacement for the aamsung a15.

    didn't receive the phones or the services even in there receipts showing my number was ported
    they didn't refund me and ask me to dispute with my bank

    They Need to refund me the full amount $318.03

    We have reached out to Thuy to gain the mailing address in order to process a full refund in the method of a check for the total amount of $318.03. Once we gain the address, we will immediately process the refund check.
