      Purchased a tuner second hand and made sure the device was unmarried. Been having problems with it from day one, such as it saying custom tunes not supported. Ive been waiting for a call back for 3 days now, because when you try to call them its always busy and they NEVER answer. No replies via email or anything. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS COMPANY that has no type of urgency or regard when it comes to solving your problems

      RUN AWAY!!! Spent alot of money on sct livewire ts+ doesn't work ans been getting the RUN around!!!!! Find a company that respects and appreciate their customers

      Hi Jason, I completely understand your frustration. This is a known issue that was introduced with our last update. This is actively being worked on in our engineering department, we have a fix in QA being tested to ensure there are no other bugs before it is released. The fix for this is expected to be released by 9/15/2023 as long as no other bugs are identified.
